Complaints Procedure
If you are not entirely happy with the service you have received, you may put your concerns in writing and put it to the attention of Rebekah Jenkins who will provide you with a full response within 10 working days.
Alternatively, you may wish to voice your concerns to the Local Health Board (Aneurin Bevan), The General Dental Council, The Health Inspectorate Wales or The Ombudsman Wales.
